Pickled Onions
Ingredients:
- 1 large red onion
- 1 large texas sweet onion
- 1 cup bragg organic apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sea salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
In a bowl whisk together the apple cider vinegar, salt and sugar until dissolved.
Slice the onions into thin rings on a mandolin. Then add the onions to the bowl and thoroughly coat the onions with the vinegar mix. Let stand at room temperature for one hour. Put in a storage container and refrigerate. Will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
