Pulled Pork Breakfast Tacos
Ingredients:
- Smoked Pulled Boston Butt
- Half corn and half wheat tortillas
- Salsa Ranchera
- Guacamole
- eggs
In a hot cast iron skilled sear the pulled pork to crisp some of the meat.
In a frying pan fry the eggs in hot oil to create a crispy sunny side up egg.
In a hot dry skillet head the tortillas on both sides. Add pulled pork to the tortillas, then the fried egg, top with salsa ranchera and guacamole.
